My recent experience with Qingdao Raw Hair Co. was profoundly disappointing. Despite placing my order on March 28th, there was a lack of confirmation on the Alibaba app regarding shipment. I only received notification of the shipment on March 30th, after the label was created on March 29th.
Prior to shipment, I requested a video of the hair from the seller to verify its quality. Regrettably, the seller provided the video belatedly on April 1st, just a day before the order's arrival.
Upon receiving the hair, it was evident that the product fell short of the quality depicted in the video provided by the seller. Despite promptly expressing my dissatisfaction, the seller was uncooperative and dismissive, resorting to baseless accusations and disrespectfully attributing my concerns to hormonal factors related to my pregnancy.
It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a seller on a reputable platform like Alibaba.
